Marcus Falconer, the company director, is the brains behind the projects. He has always had a strong passion for architecture, beginning his career in real estate and owning several real estate offices over a 13-year period. During this time he saw the demand to produce a high-end product for clients struggling to find their dream home, without compromising on design and quality.

In 2007 Marcus sold his real estate business to concentrate solely on producing breathtaking living environments. Marcus also devotes a lot of his time to research, ensuring he is constantly evolving and adapting to emerging trends.
